BrightHire was founded specifically to enable the successful hiring of IoT professionals —from executives to engineers and project managers— at scale by leveraging their deeply specialized talent pool of active candidates and applying a proprietary success model to guarantee success.

Meet the Team
BrightHire was founded by seasoned recruiting professionals, who realized through their experience that there was a better way to help companies that were struggling to find talent for their teams. Through experience, they had talked to hundreds of hiring managers whose chief complaints were that recruiters were “in it for themselves” and submit “more unqualified resumes that we can handle.” They pledged to find a better way and, together, they started BrightHire.
Today, the founders of BrightHire lead their team together, setting the vision for the team to bring hiring managers a professional, focused partner for hiring that delivers More Talent from Less Resumes™.
Brendan Ross
Co-Founder and CEO
A seasoned professional in staffing and engineering team management, Brendan has spent his career in small staffing firms, building hiring solutions from scratch. He learned quickly that the hiring process wasn’t always as turnkey for the customer as it should be, and wanted to be a part of the solution. Starting and building BrightHire has been a labor of love for Brendan, who sees the company’s purpose to change the way hiring happens in the IoT space as a much needed improvement that offers greater customer service, happy project employees, and quality work delivered. Raised in Massachusetts, Brendan now resides in CT.
Henry Poth
Co-Founder and Vice President
Henry is a seasoned professional in the IT & Engineering staffing industry with a strong interest and focus on people and their communications. After working at startups and competing against mainstream staffing companies, Henry made it his mission to create a recruiting company that puts the people first. His objective in co-founding BrightHire was to create the #1 trusted partner for its employees, customers, and future clients. BrighHire's blend of turnkey staffing solutions in the IoT and engineering space combined with people-centric processes come from Henry's ideas. In his spare time, when he's not spending time with his family, you can catch Henry on the golf courses in CT.
